What We’re Looking For:

  • A driven and innovative Warehouse Coordinator to manage inventory between projects, third parties and corporate. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for well-timed and accurate receiving, inventory, and shipping of all assets (tools, equipment, and materials) to support the successful execution of project.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will be the individual responsible for handling all corporate inventory required for successful build out of construction projects. This includes working with project team prior to project start to identify tools and equipment needs, assessing if tool and equipment are in corporate inventory and available or need to be procured. Stocking job boxed and job trailers with the necessary tools and equipment to successfully execute the projects. Supporting project need through completion and restocking tools, equipment, and material back into corporate inventory or reallocating to another project.

You Have:

  • Ability to accurately receive and inventory delivered materials, tools and equipment while maintaining a receiving log.

  • Ability to stock and organize job site storage units (i.e. connex, knack boxes, etc.) based on list developed from project team and experience gained working in position.

  • Ability to ensure job storage units are inventory and restocked prior to mobilizing to another site.

  • Ability to close out jobs site and identify if materials, tools, and equipment have been returned to corporate inventory

  • Ability to identify if equipment is good working condition, need of repair or needs replacement. Coordinate repair and or maintenance if needed.

  • Ability to build relationship with a variety of vendors and leverage those relationship.

  • Track and allocate monthly asset cost to projects.

  • Ability to facilitate outbound shipping; to include various couriers, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Ability to distribute or coordinate distribution of warehouse deliveries to required parties.

  • Ability to accurately maintain inventory database of materials, tools, and equipment, while keeping an accurate log of inventory shipped to project sites and what in corporate inventory.

  • Ability to accurately track warehouse receivables and deliverables in KE’s database.

  • Ability to safely operate various KE owned equipment: trucks, scissor lifts, forklifts, etc.

  • Ability to coordinate with freight companies to ensure timely, cost effective shipping.

  • Ability to become the technical expert for customers, project managers, field technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and coworkers.

  • Ability to coordinate with internal entities to ensure on time receiving and storage of orders.

  • Ability to organize and maintain staging areas for equipment and material.

  • Ability to maintain a clean and orderly warehouse. Clearly label and organize material for easy accessibility.

  • Ability to accurately create, and file shipping and receiving documentation.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Ability to deliver materials or perform inventory on project sites as needed.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Willing to travel to some out-of-town projects, as needed.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

You May Also Have:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • 2-3 years’ experience working in a warehouse, or a shipping/receiving environment.

  • Possess a valid driver’s license.

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
